It is not against our conditions of use if you use Genymotion free edition for your studies, however this edition has the following limitation:
- the latest Android version is not available
- Quick boot feature is not available
- Camera is not available
- Media injection is not available
- Android Controls is not available
- Baseband is not available
- Advanced Developer Tools is not available
- gmtool commands are limited
- Technical assistance is limited
