This behavior occurs when using Genymotion Desktop 3.3.1.

Please upgrade Genymotion Desktop to the latest stable version.

Warning

Genymotion Desktop 3.7.0 and below are not compatible with our new Android image format. Also, please note that our infrastructure is changing and old versions will become unusable in the future.
