Logs are diagnostic information produced by Genymotion SaaS. The Support Team uses logs during investigations.
This article explains how to generate logs and logcats for Genymotion SaaS.
Generate logs and logcats
1. Install and configure gmsaas.
2. Refer to the gmsaas user guide for instructions.
3. Run gmsaas logzip.
4. An archive named gmsaas-logs-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.zip will be created in the current directory.
5. Contact support and attach the zip file to the message.
