Steps to generate logs

Step 1 — Install and configure gmsaas

Install and configure gmsaas.

Step 2 — Run gmsaas logzip

Run gmsaas logzip.
An archive named gmsaas-logs-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.zip will be created in the current directory.

Step 3 — Contact support

Contact support and attach the zip file to your message.
