Google Play Store and Google Play Services are not pre-installed on Genymotion virtual devices. Use Genymotion Open GApps install built-in feature to obtain them.
Installing the OpenGApps package manually from opengapps.org is not supported and will likely fail or corrupt the device. Also, Android 12 and above packages are not provided on the official website. Genymotion built-in feature should be used instead.
