Issue and context
Many web messaging services identify the activation mail as spam. Gmail and other web messaging services send the activation mail to the spam folder rather than the inbox.
Gmail steps
If you are using Gmail, follow these steps:
1) Open your Spam folder.
2) Search your spam for a mail from genymotion-activation@genymobile.com.
3) The mail should have the subject "Welcome to Genymotion - User account activation".
Validation checks
If you still don't find the mail, make sure that:
4) Your mailbox is not full.
5) You spelled your email correctly when you registered.
