Important

For security reasons, passwords are encrypted.

Genymotion cannot access passwords.

The user must reset the Genymotion account password themselves.

1. Go to https://www.genymotion.com/account/password-reset/.

2. Set the user's email address.

3. Click on Reset Password.

4. An email will be sent to the user with instructions and a link to reset the password.
