AWS per-second billing status

Per-second billing applies only to the EC2 infrastructure cost, not to Genymotion software cost.
Genymotion is currently billed per entire hour.
Genymotion is in discussions with AWS to enable per-second billing for Genymotion as well.

Genymotion offers private pricing.
Private pricing is available by contacting sales@genymotion.com.
