This usually happens with Gmail mailbox: Google often identifies our activation e-mail as "spam" or "potential phishing" and removes the link from the mail.
To solve this:
1. Mark the mail as "Safe". 2. Move the mail to your inbox if it is in your spam folder.
The activation link should then become clickable ("Click here").
