Introduction
The safety of users' personal data and reliability is of utmost importance to Genymobile.
Genymobile uses the highest standards of security and reliability in its products and services.
Despite these efforts and the complexity of modern technologies, vulnerabilities and bugs may still be present.
Customers, users, partners, and any person interacting with Genymobile products and services are encouraged to report vulnerabilities with Genymotion solutions and services.
This page describes Genymobile's policy regarding the reporting and disclosure of potential vulnerabilities and errors in its products and services, and how to report them.
Report a vulnerability & disclosure policy
If a security issue is found in Genymotion products, report the issue by clicking “Report a vulnerability” below and fill the form with as much information and details as possible.
Important: By reporting a vulnerability to Genymobile, you agree with the terms of Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure and not to disclose to any third party any information related to the report, the vulnerabilities and/or errors reported, nor the fact that vulnerabilities and/or errors have been reported until they have been fixed.
Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure is a process specifying how vulnerabilities are reported and managed in coordination with the vendor before disclosure.
Special Thanks
We, at Genymobile, highly value your participation to help find bugs and potential security issues: if the report is confirmed and approved by Genymobile's security and development teams, Genymobile would be delighted to add your name and social network link(s) to the Special Thanks board below.
In the event of duplicate reports for the same issue, Genymobile only adds the first person to report the vulnerability.
