❌ NO — Unlimited is billed per virtual device (flat rate per device) and does not automatically grant unlimited concurrent devices for a single subscription. Concurrency depends on the plan and how many device subscriptions you have. The Unlimited offering provides unlimited runtime (no session-duration limit) for each purchased virtual device, but to run multiple devices at the same time you must have multiple device subscriptions or arrange a plan upgrade (contact sales for higher concurrency or custom setups).
