I have the desktop app and i can't get licence from here? i am using it as personal use?

You don’t need a paid license for personal use; simply select “Personal Use” when Genymotion Desktop prompts for a license and the app will switch to the free edition. If you never saw the prompt, reinstall the desktop app and, during the first launch, choose “Personal Use” when asked for a license.
