❌ NO — there is no sign on Genymotion’s site that Genymotion is owned by, merged with, or otherwise linked to Shadow (the cloud-gaming company formerly called Blade). Recent Genymotion public content shows partnerships (for example with FlintLab) and product news but nothing mentioning Shadow/Blade.
Why: I searched Genymotion’s official site and its news/press pages; results list recent partnerships and company updates (FlintLab, 2025 year-in-review, product/cloud pages) with no reference to Shadow or Blade ownership/affiliation.
