Yes. GPS emulation is supported with the Activate GPS emulation switch, and you can set a single position or replay a GPS trace. It works in Genymotion Desktop and Genymotion SaaS, while route replay is not available in Genymotion PaaS right now.

  • Single position lets you set latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, accuracy, and bearing.
