Is there a free basic version that can install APKs?

Topic: Licensing & Activation

Last verified against genymotion.com:

Yes. Genymotion Desktop has a free “Personal Use” edition, and APKs can be installed by drag and drop or with adb install as long as the APK matches the device architecture. The free edition is limited to personal use and does not include technical support or all widgets/features. See Is Genymotion free? and Install Applications.
