Yes. Besides the default credit card payment, other methods such as wire transfer or PayPal are possible by contacting sales. The FAQ says the accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and that prepaid or virtual cards are not accepted. See Genymotion Android Emulator in the Cloud and the Genymotion SaaS (Cloud) End User License Agreement.
