To use genymotion emulator, which should i download genimotion, with virtualbox or without virtualbox?

If you are on Windows, download the VirtualBox package by default, because it is the recommended option. If you want to install Genymotion without VirtualBox, you can download the non-vbox installer instead, and use the built-in QEMU option.

  • Windows installer with VirtualBox: genymotion-X.Y.Z-vbox.exe
  • Windows installer without VirtualBox: genymotion-X.Y.Z.exe

For Mac and Linux, Genymotion uses QEMU by default, so you usually do not need VirtualBox there. On macOS, VirtualBox is legacy and only for old Intel Macs, and on Linux it is not recommended. See the installation guide: Get Started with Genymotion Desktop
