If you get one of the following error after having installed Open GAPPs:
- Google Play Services has stopped
- Google Play Services keeps crashing
This may be caused by one of the following:
Hardware requirements
Your hardware may not meet Genymotion Desktop requirements.
The virtual device is corrupted
To fix this:
1. Reset your device to factory settings or delete and re-create your device. 2. Re-install the Open GAPPs. 3. Reboot the device when prompted.
You may also fix this by resetting your device to factory settings (or deleting and re-creating your device) and re-installing Google Play via the Google Play widget.
