- From the launchpad: Go to Help ➜ Support
- From a local Virtual device: Click and go to Information ➜ Support
- Genymotion SaaS: Click Support from the user interface to open the support web widget.
- Genymotion PaaS: Click Support > Contact us from the user interface to open the support web widget.
