How to delete my Genymotion SaaS (Cloud) account and all related data?

Account deletion status

Deleting a Genymotion SaaS Cloud account by users is not possible yet.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Log in at https://cloud.geny.io/signin.

2. Go to the Administration Panel.

3. Go to the Billing page.

4. Cancel your plan and remove all Credit cards if there are any.

5. Go to this page to submit an account removal request.
