How to delete my Genymotion SaaS (Cloud) account and all related data

It is not possible for users to delete their Cloud account yet.

To request account deletion, please follow these steps: 1. Log in at https://cloud.geny.io/signin. 2. Go to the Administration Panel. 3. Go to the Billing page. 4. Cancel your plan and remove all Credit cards if there are any. 5. Go to this page to submit an account removal request.
