I forgot to stop my Genymotion PaaS/Device Image instance; can I get a refund?
Genymobile does not normally offer a refund of any fees after access to Genymotion PaaS/Device image from third-party cloud providers is purchased for any supported instance type, even if the instance was not launched. Users are responsible for monitoring instance activity and usage.
If you still wish to negotiate a partial refund, please contact sales@genymobile.com.
Please note, that the decision to validate or reject the request is at our entire discretion.
