I have been incorrectly charged by my cloud provider; how can I request a refund?

Genymobile only provides AMI images to EC2 instances. Amazon, Google, Alibaba and Microsoft monitor Genymotion Device Image usage. Genymotion cannot obtain or provide reports about the number or kind of started instances, nor about how long those instances have been running. Genymobile has no control over the billing process. Genymobile does not take responsibility for incorrect charges. For details, refer to the Genymotion Device images Refund and Cancellation Policy. Genymotion recommends contacting cloud provider support before contacting Genymobile to request a refund.
