I have been incorrectly charged by my cloud provider; how can I request a refund?

As a third-party seller, Genymobile only provides AMI images to EC2 instances.

Amazon, Google, Alibaba and Microsoft are the one monitoring Genymotion Device Image instances usage. We cannot get nor provide reports like the number or the kind of instances started, nor how long they have been running.

Because we have no control over the billing process, we don't take any responsibility for incorrect charges. For more details, please refer to our Genymotion Device images Refund and Cancellation Policy

We recommend contacting your cloud provider support before contacting us to request a refund.
