Genymotion does not control cloud-provider billing. Genymotion does not take any responsibility for incorrect charges. AMI image is Amazon Machine Image (AMI). An Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is a pre-configured virtual machine image used to run on Amazon EC2. Genymobile operates as a third-party seller. Genymobile provides AMI images to EC2 instances. Amazon, Google, Alibaba, and Microsoft monitor the usage of Genymotion Device Image instances. Genymotion cannot obtain reports about the number, type, or running duration of Genymotion Device Image instances. Genymotion has no control over the billing process. For more details, refer to Genymotion Device images Refund and Cancellation Policy. Genymotion recommends contacting the cloud-provider support before requesting a refund from Genymotion.
