If you have skipped or missed the trial activation steps (see Is there a trial for Genymotion Desktop Full edition? ), you need to follow these steps:
1. Remove Genymotion Desktop completely. To do so, please follow these instructions: How to uninstall Genymotion Desktop completely (purge)? 2. Delete your account. 3. Re-create your account at https://www.genymotion.com/account/create 4. Click the link in the activation email. You will be redirected to the account activation confirmation page. > Note: In some rare occasions, you may get an error when clicking on the activation link ("Invalid or expired activation link"), yet the account is activated (see I get the error "Invalid or expired activation link" after clicking on the activation link (Genymotion Desktop) ). If this happen, please use this form to request a trial. 5. Click TRY FOR 30 DAYS: 6. Select your system and click Download Trial Version: 7. You will be redirected to the trial activation confirmation page and your download will automatically start: 8. Re-install Genymotion Desktop.
