PayPal license purchase - order received but no license key

Overview

• All the steps in the PayPal purchase process haven't been completed.
• Usually, this happens when you don't go through all the steps of the purchase.
• You haven't approved the final validation of your payment.

Current status

• At this stage, the order has been automatically generated.
• No payment has been validated.
• No charge will be applied.

How to resolve

• Contact PayPal assistance to validate the purchase.
• Or make a new order and make sure all the purchase steps have been completed.
• If PayPal validates the payment, you will automatically receive an invoice and a license key by email.
