Overview
- All the steps in the PayPal purchase process haven't been completed.
- Usually, this happens when you don't go through all the steps of the purchase.
- You haven't approved the final validation of your payment.
Current status
- At this stage, the order has been automatically generated.
- No payment has been validated.
- No charge will be applied.
How to resolve
- Contact PayPal assistance to validate the purchase.
- Or make a new order and make sure all the purchase steps have been completed.
- If PayPal validates the payment, you will automatically receive an invoice and a license key by email.
