I have a European VAT number and I can't seem to use it (License purchase)

Overview

Due to a bug on Genymotion's platform, VAT may not be applied and deducted when making your order in your cart.

VAT processing timeline

The VAT amount will be applied as soon as the purchase is completed.

The VAT amount will appear on the invoice.

Resolution and contact

If VAT is charged incorrectly after purchase, contact our sales department at sales@genymotion.com with a copy of your invoice.

The sales department will regularize your purchase.
