I have a European VAT number and I can't seem to use it (License purchase)
- Publication date: two months ago.
- The page was updated.
- A bug on the Genymotion platform may prevent VAT from being applied and deducted when a user places an order in the cart.
- VAT will be applied as soon as the purchase is completed.
- VAT will appear on the invoice.
- If VAT is incorrectly charged after purchase, contact the Genymotion sales department at sales@genymotion.com with a copy of the invoice.
- The sales department will regularize the purchase.
