I have a European VAT number and I can't seem to use it (License purchase)

Due to a bug on our platform, VAT may not be applied and deduced when making your order in your cart. However, it will be applied as soon as your purchase is completed, and it will appear on your invoice.

If this is not the case and VAT is incorrectly charged after purchase, please contact our sales department at sales@genymotion.com with a copy of your invoice and they will regularize your purchase.
