Overview
For technical and resources reasons, Genymotion cannot test nor guarantee Genymotion Desktop operations on each and every existing Linux distributions.
If a user does not use one of the recommended distributions, the user will miss some important libraries.
The distribution kernel may lack the appropriate modules for the display.
Genymotion Desktop will not work as intended.
Genymotion Desktop may fail to start.
For this reason, Genymotion can provide technical assistance only if the user uses one of the following Linux distributions:
- Ubuntu LTS
- Debian Stable
- Fedora Workstation
