Safari web browser

This is a known compatibility issue with Safari 18 and above. Please use Google Chrome or Chromium on macOS/iOS instead, until the problem is fixed.

iPhone

On iPhone, most web browser apps use the Safari engine, which has compatibility issue as explained above. To workaround this, use Google Chrome until further notice.

Other

If you are using Google Chrome and still getting the issue, the problem may also come from the browser cache. Try the following:

Force refresh the page with Ctrl+F5;
If force-refreshing does not help, clean Google Chrome cache and try again.
