Why isn't the virtual device available in the Android Device Chooser window in Eclipse?

Cause

If a Genymotion virtual device is not connected to the ADB tool, the Genymotion virtual device cannot appear in the Android Device Chooser window.

Troubleshooting steps

1. Check that the Genymotion virtual device is running.

2. Check that the Genymotion virtual device is connected to the ADB tool.
