Legacy version issue
You are using a legacy version of Genymotion Desktop.
There is a bug with legacy versions of Genymotion Desktop which prevents Genymotion to create new devices on fresh installs.
This bug does not occur if Genymotion Desktop is upgraded from a previous version.
To fix this, upgrade to the latest stable version of Genymotion Desktop from https://www.genymotion.com/download/
Free space issue
You are running out of free space.
Check the free remaining space on your hard disk.
Template image download issue
Genymotion is unable to download the template image.
There may be something preventing Genymotion Desktop from downloading the template OVA from our servers.
Make sure that your firewall/antivirus/network allows the following.
- Outgoing TCP ports 80 and 443 on *.genymotion.com must be allowed.
- Outgoing TCP ports 80 and 443 on *.geny.io must be allowed.
- genymotion.exe and player.exe must be allowed to communicate with vboxmanage.exe.

If none of the above apply to you, you may need to completely remove and reinstall Genymotion.
