There is a bug with legacy versions of Genymotion Desktop which prevents Genymotion from creating new devices on fresh installs. This bug does not occur if you upgraded from a previous version. To fix this, upgrade to the latest stable version of Genymotion Desktop from https://www.genymotion.com/download/.
You are running out of free space. Check the free remaining space on your hard disk.
Genymotion is unable to download the template image. There may be something preventing Genymotion Desktop from downloading the template OVA from Genymotion servers.
Make sure that your firewall/antivirus/network allows the following:
- Outgoing TCP port 80 and 443 on
*.genymotion.com - Outgoing TCP port 80 and 443 on
*.geny.io - Allow
genymotion.exeandplayer.exeto communicate withvboxmanage.exe
