Customers may request a refund of any fees after purchasing access to Genymotion Device Image (Cloud PaaS) from cloud providers for any supported instance type, even if the instance has not been launched.
Refund eligibility applies within the time period for which customers have the right to access the product.
Cancellation after Launch
If customers launch Genymotion Device Image (Cloud PaaS) from cloud providers and then stop using or cancel for any reason other than a technical problem, within the time period for which customers have the right to access the product, refund eligibility is Genymotion's sole and exclusive discretion.
Refund Eligibility Process
If customers encounter an issue other than forgetting to stop devices, customers must first contact Genymotion technical support to be eligible for a refund.
Refund approval and any full or partial refund are at Genymotion's sole and exclusive discretion.
