Genymotion Device Image (PaaS) - Refund & Cancel Policy

Refund eligibility is at Genymobile sole and exclusive discretion. Refund eligibility applies when customers request a refund of any fees. Customers request a refund after customers have purchased access to Genymotion Device image (Cloud PaaS) from cloud providers. Customers request a refund for any supported instance type. The refund request can occur even if customers have not launched the Genymotion Device image (Cloud PaaS).

Customers stop using or cancel the Genymotion Device image (Cloud PaaS) after customers launch the Genymotion Device image (Cloud PaaS) from cloud providers. Customers stop using or cancel for any reason other than a technical problem. Customers stop using or cancel within the time period for which customers have the right to access the product. Refund eligibility is at Genymobile sole and exclusive discretion.

Customers face an issue other than forgetting to stop devices. Customers must first contact Genymotion technical support to be eligible for a refund. Approval for a refund is at Genymobile sole and exclusive discretion. Full refund or partial refund is at Genymobile sole and exclusive discretion.
