How to fix "Your CPU is incompatible with virtualization technologies" error?
The error "Your CPU is incompatible with virtualization technologies" usually occurs in the following situations:
1) You are running Genymotion Desktop in a virtual machine
Genymotion Desktop has been designed to run in a physical environment, not in a virtual machine.
Nested virtualization is not supported.
Genymotion Desktop will not work if run in a Windows VM.
Genymotion Desktop will not work if run in a Linux VM.
Genymotion Desktop will not work if run in a macOS VM.
For more details, see: Can Genymotion Desktop run in a virtual machine?
2) Your CPU does not meet Genymotion hardware requirements
Genymotion needs hardware virtualization to run.
While almost any recent CPU supports hardware virtualization, some low-end CPUs do not.
Make sure that your CPU meets Genymotion Desktop requirements.
3) Hardware Virtualization (VT) is disabled
All modern CPUs support hardware virtualization (VT-x/SVM), but this feature may be disabled by default.
Check that Intel VT-x, AMD-V, and/or SVM is enabled in your computer BIOS/UEFI.
Please refer to your computer manufacturer user guide to find how to access the BIOS/UEFI.
If you are using a computer with Windows pre-installed, you may not be able to access it at start-up.
If this is the case, follow the instructions from these articles:

4) Windows + Hyper-V
Hyper-V interferes with Genymotion Desktop when using VirtualBox hypervisor.
Please make sure that Hyper-V is disabled when running Genymotion.
For detailed instructions, please refer to Genymotion Desktop and Hyper-V.
