How to renew Genymotion Desktop licenses?

Renewing licenses must be performed from the Genymotion website: to the Genymotion website with the account used to buy the licenses you wish to renew: https://www-v1.genymotion.com/account//

1. Sign in to the Genymotion website with the account used to buy the licenses you wish to renew: https://www-v1.genymotion.com/account/login/

2. Go to your profile and click Orders.

3. Next to the license you wish to renew, click Extend License.

Important

You cannot add new licenses to the basket. If you need more licenses, you must buy them as a new transaction.

Redeem a voucher code if you have one.

Make sure the billing address is correct.

Accept the terms and conditions of use.

Select a payment method, enter your information and click Submit Payment.

Note

Paypal can be used without a Paypal account in most countries.

After the payment is processed, license keys are sent by e-mail. If you selected Paypal eCheck, it can take some days.
