Before contacting Genymotion, verify that the user closes virtual devices after using them (see How to stop a virtual device on Genymotion SaaS?).
Frontend inactivity timeout does not apply to Virtual Devices launched with gmsaas.
Virtual devices default timeout is 30 minutes (see Administration interface) if, and only if, the device display is closed.
If the user has any doubts regarding device consumption, Genymotion will provide a full usage report.
