Before contacting us, make sure that you did not forget to close your virtual devices after using them (see How to stop a virtual device on Genymotion SaaS?).
> Important: Frontend inactivity time out does not apply to Virtual Devices launched with gmsaas.
Virtual devices default timeout is 30 minutes (see Administration interface) if, and only if, the device display is closed.
If you have any doubts regarding your devices consumption, please submit a request and we will provide you with a full usage report.
