I have been charged incorrectly

Before contacting Genymotion, make sure that you did not forget to close your virtual devices after using them (see How to stop a virtual device on Genymotion SaaS?).

Important

Frontend inactivity time out does not apply to Virtual Devices launched with gmsaas.

Virtual devices default timeout is 30 minutes if the device display is closed (see Administration interface).

If you notice that you have been charged $1.50 for one or more devices that you use for less than 30 minutes, it is very likely that the devices have not been properly stopped.

The device display window has not been closed.
