Before contacting Genymotion Support, confirm that all virtual devices have been closed after use. Refer to How to stop a virtual device on Genymotion SaaS?
Frontend inactivity time out does not apply to Virtual Devices launched with gmsaas. The default timeout for Virtual Devices is 30 minutes. This timeout applies if the device display is closed (see Administration interface).
If the user was charged $1.50 for one or more devices used for less than 30 minutes, this is very likely because the devices were not properly stopped. The device display window may not have been closed.
Note
If the user has doubts regarding device consumption, they should submit a request.
Genymotion will provide a full usage report.
