Windows - Unable to start the Virtual Device

Overview

Every time Genymotion Desktop is launched, Genymotion Desktop calls VirtualBox to verify the availability of at least one VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter.

If none is available or compatible, Genymotion Desktop tries to create a new one and repeats the verification process.

The verification process sometimes fails on Windows.
