The recommended VirtualBox version is 7.2.6.
For Windows 11, the VirtualBox version is included with the Genymotion Desktop installer for Windows. You can also download it separately from virtualbox.org.
VirtualBox hypervisor is not available for Mac M series.
macOS and Linux
QEMU on macOS and Linux is more compatible and provide better performance than VirtualBox. For this reason, it is now the default hypervisor. If you have been using VirtualBox on Linux or macOS previously, we strongly recommend switching to QEMU hypervisor if possible.
Using VirtualBox 7.1 or higher is not recommended
