Does Genymotion SaaS have an admin console to manage team members and roles?

Yes. The Administration interface lets the organization manager manage users, groups, and roles. It includes adding or deactivating members and switching users between manager and user roles: Administration Interface.

The overview page says the Administration section is only available to the organization manager: Genymotion SaaS Overview.
