This is a known limitation, and the usual causes are a rooted image, an x86/arm64 architecture mismatch, or an unsupported feature required by the app. If the app is missing from Google Play or shows “Your device isn’t compatible with this version,” try an unrooted image first, then a Mac M / cloud arm64 device if the app is arm64-only.   • Google Play Store is not preinstalled by default. You need to install Google Play Store and services with the Open GApps widget first. See Open GApps.
  • On PC and Mac Intel, Genymotion Desktop devices are x86/x86_64, while many apps and games are only arm64.
  • If the app still fails, it may require a feature that is not fully emulated yet, such as Bluetooth.
