I am unable to install apps via the Play Store on my desktop.

✅ YES — Genymotion Desktop can show this when the app is incompatible with the device architecture, rooted image, or missing unsupported features. Install Open GApps first, then if the app still won’t install, try an unrooted image or Aurora Store instead of Google Play Store.

• Google Play Store is not installed by default, so you must add it with Open GApps: Install Applications and Genymotion Desktop
• If Play Store says “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”, the app may be ARM-only or require an unsupported feature: I can't install an application/game in Genymotion Desktop
