What stage is the license is bound to the customer’s Genymotion account?

The license is bound when it is registered in Genymotion Desktop, not when it is merely purchased. In the Orders tab, “Not attributed” means it has not been registered yet, while “Current License” is the license key currently registered to the account. Source: License Guide
