I can't install or run an application/game in Genymotion Desktop

Some apps and games can only be installed and run if the device is not rooted.

To fix this, use an unrooted Android image.

2. CPU architecture mismatch

Genymotion Desktop virtual devices architecture is x86/x86_64 on PC and old Mac Intel, and arm64 on Mac M.

If you cannot install your application in Genymotion Desktop on PC or Mac Intel, or if it is not available in Google Play Store, it may mean that the application/game you are trying to install is only available for arm64.

If the above still fails, it may also mean that the app/game requires one or more features that are not fully emulated yet, such as Bluetooth.
