I can't sign in to my SaaS (Cloud) account: "Fail to login"

This error occurs when a wrong password has been entered 3 times in a row:

After 3 failed connection attempts at https://cloud.geny.io/signin, your IP is temporary banned and you cannot login to your Cloud account for 60 minutes even if you reset your password.

When this happens, wait for 60 minutes, verify your credentials and try again.

If it still fails, do not try more than twice or your IP will be banned again.

Instead, follow these instructions:

1. Wait for one hour 2. Reset your Cloud password at https://cloud.geny.io/password-reset 3. Try to log in again
