Problem description
This article describes the login error scenario for Genymotion SaaS (Cloud).
After three failed connection attempts at https://cloud.geny.io/signin, your IP is temporarily banned. You cannot log in to your Cloud account for 60 minutes.
If the password is reset, you still cannot log in during the 60-minute ban.
When this happens, wait for 60 minutes and then verify your credentials and try again.
If the login attempt still fails, do not try more than twice or your IP will be banned again.
Instructions to follow
1. Wait for one hour.
2. Reset your Cloud password at https://cloud.geny.io/password-reset.
3. Try to log in again.
