Genymotion Device image (PaaS) is a cloud-based device image offered by Genymobile that runs on cloud providers.
Refund policy
Genymotion does not normally offer a refund of any fees after you have purchased access to Genymotion Device image (PaaS) from cloud providers for any supported instance type, even if the instance has not been launched.
The user is responsible for monitoring their Genymotion Device image (PaaS) instance activity and usage.

Genymobile reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
