Is it possible to un-root or hide root?

Unfortunately, no. Root hiding methods, such as Magiskhide, do not work with Genymotion. For this reason, Genymotion now offers unrooted Android images.

Here is a table showing which Android images are rooted or unrooted for each Genymotion products:
