After three failed attempts your IP is blocked for one hour; if you forget your password, reset it at the password‑reset link and wait before trying again.

  • Desktop: verify credentials, use the password‑reset page if needed, then log in; ensure firewall allows outbound ports 80/443 to .genymotion.com and .geny.io.
  • Cloud: after three wrong attempts, wait 60 minutes, reset the password at https://account.geny.io/password-reset, then sign in again.
