Firewall or IP blocking
- Your computer IP address (Internet Protocol address) may have been blocked by our firewall.
Password verification
- First of all, verify your new password by signing in at https://www-v1.genymotion.com/account//.
IP ban resolution
- If you manage to log in to your Genymotion account, but still get an error with Genymotion Desktop, then your IP has been temporarily banned.
- If the IP has been temporarily banned, wait for at least 24 hours and try again.
