I have just changed my password, but Genymotion Desktop still says "bad username and/or password"

Your computer IP may have been be blocked by our firewall.

First of all, verify your new password by signing in at https://www-v1.genymotion.com/account/login/. If you manage to log in to your Genymotion account, but still get an error with Genymotion Desktop, then your IP has been temporarily banned.

In this case, wait for at least 24 hours and try again.
