Can I use image with docker container?

❌ NO — Genymotion Desktop is not supported inside Docker containers. The docs state that Docker is not supported for Genymotion Desktop. See Get Started with Genymotion Desktop and Can I use Genymotion Desktop remotely?.

If you meant Genymotion SaaS, there is a tutorial for a Docker setup with gmsaas: Make a minimalist Ubuntu + gmsaas Docker image. That tutorial is for using gmsaas in a container, not running Genymotion Desktop itself.

What are you trying to run in Docker, Desktop or SaaS?
